Is it possible to create a custom Delance?
Yes, we have now a new application "Create your Watch" to help you to create your DELANCE like you wish.

Does jewellery exist that matches the watches?
We have drawings and prototypes of matching jewellery, but we have not yet developed this range of products.

Where are the Delance timepieces manufactured?
Each Delance timepiece is 100 % manufactured in Switzerland.

What kind of movements are implemented in the Delance timepieces?
ETA 976.001 quartz or mechanical Piguet 8.10.

Is it possible to add diamonds to the case or to the links of the bracelet?
Yes, it is possible to add diamonds where you would like. However, there may be an additional charge in some case.

Is it possible to change the cabochon, the bracelet and the dial?
You can change the cabochons and the bracelets by yourself. The dial can be changed, but it requires a specialist since the watch must be completely dismantled. The dial can be replaced, for example, if you send the watch to have a new movment or a complete servicing. There will be a charge for changing the dial.

How long is the watch guaranteed for?
The watch has a two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear, loss, damage caused by shocks or misuse are not covered under the guarantee.

How can the battery be changed?
The watch can be sent to one of our point of sales or you can return it to Delance.
