Can I order and pay my Delance on Internet?

That's absolutely possible. It's enough to write us, have a look at the category "contact" and we will create your watch. Concerning the payment, this can be achieved by bank transfer or by credit card VISA/Mastercard.

How long is that special Christmas offer valuable?

The special Christmas offer is valuable until the 31st of December and the delivery until the 15th of January. The payment confirmes the order.

I really like the new bracelet "Centurion".
Why did you call it like that?

I wanted to call it "Ceinturon", but you can't translate this word properly into English or German. So "Centurion" came into my mind, which is quite exciting. Being connected with the Delance watch, it has a challenging effect.

How can you brace the new bracelet "Centurion"?

It braces very well, I tested it.
Two parts of the bracelet brace the watch like normal bracelets and are fixed at the bracelet Centurion.

Is it easy to change the watch of the new bracelet "Centurion"?

It is very easy. You can open the bracelet a little bit, remove the attached bands and the watch and put a new one onto the bracelet.
It takes at most one minute and you have another different watch with a classical leather or silver bracelet, according to your choice.

Where are the Delance timepieces manufactured?

Each Delance timepiece is 100 % manufactured in Switzerland.

What kind of movements are implemented in the Delance timepieces?

ETA 976.001 quartz or mechanical Piguet 8.10.

Is it possible to add diamonds to the case or to the links of the bracelet?

Yes, it is possible to add diamonds where you would like. However, there may be an additional charge in some case.

Is it possible to change the cabochon, the bracelet and the dial?

You can change the cabochons and the bracelets by yourself. The dial can be changed, but it requires a specialist since the watch must be completely dismantled. The dial can be replaced, for example, if you send the watch to have a new movment or a complete servicing. There will be a charge for changing the dial.

How long is the watch guaranteed for?

The watch has a five-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear, loss, damage caused by shocks or misuse are not covered under the guarantee.

How can the battery be changed?

The watch can be sent to one of our point of sales or you can return it to Delance.

Your new bracelet "Centurion" delights me. In which colour is it available?

There are a couple of dozen colours available! Every bracelet is handmade and it's enough to tell us the requested colour. If you have already a piece of leather, we can also use it for the fabrication.
We needed two pieces of leather, 17cm of length and 5cm of wideness.

Can you buy a bracelet "Centurion" if you have already a DELANCE-watch?

Of course...it is very easy and takes at the most one minute. We just needed to know the correct wideness of your bracelet. After that, you fit the two holders of the bracelet onto your watch and attach it all on the bracelet Centurion.
After that, you have got a totally different watch.

What is behind the new Delance watch-concept "Attraction"? At which exact date are you going to introduce it?

“Life” - the symbolic meaning of the watch "Attraction" is a perfect way to express the intimate dream of a woman. Delance will introduce this concept of the “Attraction” watch during Baselworld 2009, hall 5, stand C37.
